Resident-In-Training Therapist

JOB TITLE: Resident In-Training Therapist

DEPARTMENT: Resident Training Program

REPORTS TO: Director of Resident Training

STATUS: Part time 28 hours per week

JOB SUMMARY: Post-graduate professionals in the field of mental health counseling and in need of obtaining supervised hours toward State licensure. Wisconsin Qualified Training certification is required (QTT). Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) therapists are preferred. Individuals will work in a mental health outreach program for child and adolescents, families, adults, and geriatric population. In-training Therapists are placed based on experience and match for specific population per satellite location. In-training therapist will provide mental health assessment, individual, family and group therapy addressing issues, which include but are not limited to; trauma, family conflict, homelessness, domestic violence, suicide ideation.


  • Provide in-depth and comprehensive clinical services to at risk populations.
  • Provide care which is consistent with the values and mission of Foundations.
  • Practice and document desired outcomes for the program and a complimentary data collection and analysis system.


Master degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Community Counseling

OR Ph.D in Clinical Psychology and currently licensed in the State of Wisconsin.


  • At least 5 years of experience in providing clinical services with a portion of the experience in a Certified Outpatient Clinic.
  • At least 2 years experience in providing clinical supervision
  • Post-graduate certified training in two or more evidenced-based treatment modalities
  • Proven competence in the use of information technology and social media for the purpose of training, supervision, and delivery of services.
  • Education, training and practice in the integration of spiritual, physical and mental health in the course of psychotherapy.

Full-Time Support Staff Position

JOB TITLE: Full Time Support Staff

STATUS: Full time (32-40 hrs.)

JOB SUMMARY: Foundations has an opening for a Full Time Support Staff position. This position will be scheduled varied days Monday through Friday and varied hours of coverage between 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Administrative Duties include:

  • Front desk coverage
  • Client scheduling
  • Answer telephone
  • Insurance verification
  • Billing and Coding – client accounts

Required Skills:

  • Team Player willing to cross train for multiple tasks
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Broad experience in utilizing computers, programs & data entry
  • Customer Service


  • Post high school education or equivalent experience
  • Formal billing and coding training


  • Is comfortable and committed to the integration of spirituality and faith in our relationships with our colleagues and clients
  • Places a high priority on professional conduct and quality of care
