Foundations offers counseling services, group therapy, foster care and a resident training program in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The agency is accredited by the Samaritan Institute of Denver, Colorado, and therapists at Foundations are each licensed with the state of Wisconsin. Our agency also holds a license as a child-placing agency by the state of Wisconsin. Green Bay, Brown County. Foster care, resident training, child placement, and out-of-home care.
